Jiffy Lube

On October 23, 2024 the Village received an application from Guggenheim Development Services, LLC for a final Planned Unit Development (PUD)and Special Use for property located off of Galena Blvd in Sugar Grove Center for a Jiffy Lube. The public hearing will be on November 20, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Board Room at 10 S Municipal Drive.

Starbucks – GMX

On May 7, 2024, the Village Board approved a final Planned Unit Development (PUD) located at 421 N Sugar Grove Parkway. The development is currently in the permitting process.

Lennar

On October 1^st Lennar presented a concept plan to the Village Board for a new 332 home and townhome development at the intersection of Galena Blvd. and Illinois Route 56. The proposed development will connect directly to Windsor Pont via Hampton Road.

Maple Grove – The Silverthorne Group

The petitioner is seeking rezoning, approval of a preliminary planned unit development, and preliminary plat of subdivision at the October 16^th Zoning Board of Appeals meeting. The proposed development is located at the intersection of Denny Road and Bliss Road.

Settlers Ridge – BHMGU

On October 8th at a special meeting of the Planning Commission, the petitioner is requesting an amendment to the Settlers Ridge Planned Development District (PDD). The amendment would approve construction to begin for a new area of Settlers Ridge for approximately 95 homes.

The Grove – Crown Community Development

On September 10, 2024, the Village Board approved an Annexation Agreement, Property Subdivision, and Planned Development District. The developer is currently acquiring easements and engineering.

Sugar Grove Center Expansion

The new lease spaces are located next to Jewel. Cilantro is finalizing construction and will be opening soon. Subway and Cold Stone Creamery opened earlier this year. Three spots remain vacant and the Village along with the property owner hope to fill them soon.
