At this time no inspections are required for closings.

It may show on title that an SSA (Special Service Area) or SA (Special Assessment) is recorded on your property. Most all the Village’s SSA’s are dormant or not levied. If you see an SSA or SA you may click here to see a listing by subdivision of the status as well as the Ordinance that established it.
