Dugan Woods Water Main Improvements Update

CENTRAL FAYS LANE WATER MAIN AND CREEK CROSSING

The Final section of water main in Dugan Woods will be replaced beginning June 5^th.



Installation of the water main, valves, and hydrants will involve excavation of trenches along central Fays Ln. Please be aware that this project will involve temporary lane closure, noise, vibrations, staging of materials within the right-of-way, and possibly water service interruptions. There will be times when trenches may restrict access to some driveways; residents will be notified in advance if their driveway will be blocked on a particular day.

After the new water main has been installed and tested, the contractor will have to connect the new water main at several locations. During this time, the water to area houses may have to be shut off temporarily.

Paving is scheduled to be completed within 60 days from water main completion.

During construction, mail delivery and trash pick-up should not be interrupted.
